OneGST features

OneGST is a GST business accounting software. With OneGST you can generate sale invoices, purchase invoices, and share them with the customer. You can also manage inventory, track unpaid invoices, send payment reminders.

Some of the features of OneGST are as follows:

Ledgers

  1. On this screen, the user can see the ledger list.

  2. From here the user can create a new contact.

  3. If the user opens a ledger, he can see all the entries of the ledger.

  4. If the list of ledgers is large and the user wants to see some particular ledgers, then a user can also use filters.

  5. Along with this, the user can also create entries for the transactions done with the ledger such as sale GST invoice, purchase GST invoice, Payment In, and Payment Out.

  6. If the user wants to edit Ledger's profile, he/she must click on Ledger's name to open it so that he/she can edit his profile.

GST Invoice

In OneGST you can create a GST invoice with items and include discount information. This invoice can also be shared with the customer.

Transaction

On this page, you will get a list of all the transactions. Such as purchase transactions, sale transactions, payment in and payment out transactions. And you can open any transaction and see its summary. From this page, the user can also generate a sales invoice.

Sale/Purchase Report (Insights)

You can see your daily sales and purchase reports here, and if you click on the card of sale or purchase, you will get a graph that shows you which month your sales and purchases increased or decreased.

You can also see your Remaining balance here, it will show you how much money you have in receivables and payables.

Inventory Management

You can add all of your products here, along with their stock, price, unit, GST rate, HSN code, and discount. You can edit and delete the products, and update the stock, at any given time.

In addition, whenever an item is about to run out of stock, you will receive a reminder, which will aid in stock tracking.

Settings

In Settings, you can set up the app to your liking

  1. Update your profile - Add your business name, GSTIN number, address, and you're bank details.

  2. Change the app language - Right now we have been given 4 types of languages: English, Hindi, Hinglish, and Punjabi.

  3. Turn on or off notification sound - If you do not want the sound of the notification, then you can close it from here and you can also open it from here if needed.

  4. Change invoice settings - you want to add extra details to the GST invoice then you can choose from here.
